tropical palm stay

spacious room effective air conditioning convenient transport swim up bar

i stayed in a beautiful terrace room. it was a very spacious room. air conditioning kept the room cool and the balcony was great. i could easily walk to shops with cheaper food. tuk tuk vans stood outside for easy rides. the swim up bar offered perfect relaxation and the breakfast buffet had lots of choices.

the room suffered from not enough lights for my taste. it was only a small thing.

the staff remained always friendly. they were willing to assist when needed. wong, atom and beam at check in were polite and helpful. benly ensured the rooms are very clean always. aof helped by the pool barside.

spacious rooms beautiful grounds easy beach access

the grounds and pools were really enjoyable. i walked across to the beach easily, a definite bonus. the family suite provided ample space for everyone. the proximity to the beach enhanced the stay significantly.

the gym had limited equipment, with one of the two treadmills out of order.

the staff took good care of us from start to finish. thai hospitality is world renowned and the service here seemed a level higher. i found them to be very attentive during the entire stay.

breakfast offered many options to choose from and it was very satisfying. i found the italian restaurant onsite to be great with good food. the food and drinks at the bars near the pools were also of good quality.

the hotel is directly across the street from the beach. i could walk to several restaurants and shops within 5-10 minutes. the area felt very accessible with plenty of options for dining and shopping nearby.

The hotel boasts four large pools. One includes slides. another features a pool bar (i enjoyed the happy hour!). there are two restaurants serving italian and asian cuisine. a snack bar and coffee shop provide additional options with delicious ice cream.

changing beach towels at reception proved slightly inconvenient as this wasn't initially explained during check-in.
